Hello! My name is Chelsey Yakimchuk and I am so excited to be joining the Wildwood school this year.
I have been an Educational Assistant for 3 years now. I was previously at Grand Trunk High School with students in grades 7-9.
I am excited for this transition to now work with elementary students.
When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family, cooking, and traveling. I enjoy seeing new places, learning new things and meeting new people.
My goal as an EA, is to make sure the students are comfortable and receive any extra help they may need. I like using my imagination and tools to create different learning strategies as well.
May this 2023/2024 school year be the best yet! I’m excited to meet everyone, have some fun and of course learn!
